Born and raised in Southington Gary has been involved with music since he was 5 -when he learned to play the accordion (and well too!). At age 8 he learned to play the saxophone and went on to play tenor, baritone and soprano sax in various bands resulting in several awards to his credit.

Gary attended Daniel Webster College (to study aeronautical engineering if you can believe it!) but was drawn to the Newbury Comics-inspired Boston music scene and changed his career path dramatically when he joined Radio 104 on the promotions team for 3 years - until the merge of SFX and Clear Channel Communications.

Best known in CT as "DJ Maxx", Gary is especially involved in CT's country music scene. Formerly the Head DJ and Manager of Promotions and Entertainment for the Cadillac Ranch, he is currently one of the 6 rotating DJ's for the New England Western Dance Association.

Cubed Squared's daily flow includes requests, opportunities and ideas that fall outside the 'norm'. Gary's intelligence, musicianship, humor, sincerity, and "can do" attitude all make him vital to the research and development of all of those new horizons for the entire C2 crew. He is often working behind the scenes and is instrumental in keeping our wheels moving.................. forward.
