Our wedding receptions are customized one at a time. Each couple is unique and we work very hard to blend two personalities into one perfect special day. ALL of our services are available individually and we are here to assist with any of the details that need our attention. We also offer comprehensive packages for those that require more of our help.

Wedding Packages
Crème de la Crème Package

• Vendor referrals, appointments, & confirmation calls
  • florist, caterer, transportation, cake, photographer, videographer, hotels if needed, reception sites, rehearsal dinner site if needed, music & entertainment, and invitation venues
• Coordinate hotel accommodations for out of town guests
• Rehearsal Coordination
• Help with the design of welcome baskets for out of town guests
• Invitations & Stationary design & Order placement
• Run the necessary errands: delivering welcome baskets, picking up supplies, and other miscellaneous items
• Help in coordinating invitation design and mailing list
• Assembling necessary items: favors, send off (bird seed, flower petals, bubbles, etc), programs, invitations, itineraries, and any additional bouquets and decorations
• Seating chart arrangements
• Coordinate Thank You notes if different from invitation design

Jubilee Package

• Schedule consultations to assist and review contracts and wedding plans
• Analyze your budget
• Provide a “To-Do” list
• Make all vendor confirmation calls
• Prepare wedding day itinerary in coordination with you and vendors
• Provide vendor recommendations based on individual needs

• Furnish all necessary music & entertainment needs
  • musical, non-musical, stage power, etc.
• Coordinate rehearsal and distribute itineraries
